What a great day! Went to church this morning and then headed out to Gma and Gpa Demullings. We had a nice lunch and the girls had fun with the Dauwalter cousins. It was great to see Jack too! Then we headed to Gma and Gpa Souvigniers for dinner. Fun filled day :)
Also- lots has happened since our last post. We put our house on the market and two weeks later it sold. We found a new house a little further west in Minnetonka and will be moving in there June 27th. It will be sad to leave the place that we have made our home for the past ten years, but there is also excitement in starting a new chapter of our lives!
God Bless all of the moms........the best job in the world :)

Swimming and Gymnastics
Maggie has been doing a great job with her swim lessons this winter!!!
While Maggie does her swimming, Ruby is enrolled in Gymnastic! She loves it! We try to make it to the Willeston Center on the weekends so that she can have some pool time too!

Happy Valentine's Day 2013
Taking a look back at the last five Valentine's Days. Amazing how fast time flies!!
This year the girls had fun bringing Valentines to Peggy's. We also made heart shaped cookies to bring for the kids. Quick story about that- we decided to wait until the night before Valentine's Day to make the cookies (not smart in retrospect.....will do weekend before next year) and as I was multi-tasking by getting the dough ready, dishwasher unloaded, kids pj's on, etc., I somehow misplaced the heart shaped cookie cutter. I was getting frustrated retracing my steps and looking everywhere for the cookie cutter and starting to loose my cool. I think Maggie picked up on that and she started to look for it too. As she was digging through the container that we keep our cookie cutters in, she pulled out the pumpkin cookie cutter and calmly said, "Mom, don't worry, the pumpkin kind of looks like a heart when we turn it upside down. We can just use this."
And right then I realized that the roles had reversed. She was absolutely right, there was no need to tear the house apart and stress about not finding the heart cookie cutter. She was definitely the voice of reason and we did use the upside down pumpkin and bent in the sides a little bit and it worked perfectly. Happy Valentine's Day!
