Happy Easter 2012!

Spring Break occurred the week before Easter this year. It was so nice to be home with the girls!! We had a great week! I tried to take lots of pictures- see the picasa web album. We spent Saturday out at Grandma and Grandpa Demulling's where they had an Easter Egg hunt for the kids and Sunday we went up to Grandma and Grandpa Souvignier's where there were more eggs to find too! The girls had so much fun with their cousins!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! AND Happy Birthday to Dad!!! 2012

Toni and I ran the Get Lucky 7K in Minneapolis! It was a lot of fun- over 8,700 runners in the race! Beautiful weather- I think it reached 80' later in the day! Toni picked up the festive socks and we fit right in with everyone else!

Like Father, like daughter.......

Maggie just started swim lessons. This is the first type of lesson that she has done without us in the pool with her and she LOVES it! I think she will take after her dad when it comes to swimming!!

Happy Leap Day/ Snow Day 2012!!

This will be a memorable Leap Day! School was called off! I got to spend the day home with my girls instead of going to work. We made our first snowman of the season!! I just LOVE snow days!!!

Happy Valentine's Day 2012

Above are Maggie and Ruby the morning of Valentines Day with a bag full of Valentines for their friends at Daycare and flowers for Cheryl. Cheryl just informed us that she will be retiring at the end of the school year. It will be hard to say goodbye! We are now on the hunt for a new daycare. I haven't been great about taking pictures this winter!! But, the few that I have taken are uploaded in the picasa web album. Happy winter!! Spring is almost here!

Happy New Year!! We rung in the new year once again at Boyd Lodge with the Souvigniers. Thanks to Bill and Bernie for a fun filled weekend! We all had fun sledding, and Maggie went ice skating for the first time! Also, we had a great time in the cabin playing lots of games, had a little dance party for the kids (thanks DJ Chuck), tried to keep a fire going in the fire place, and had great food! Oh, and Bernie was the Farkle champion this year. Way to go Bernie! Lots of pictures from the weekend in the picasa web album.

Merry Christmas 2011

The #1 thing Maggie requested this year from Santa was snorkeling gear. I'm not sure where she got that idea, but Santa pulled through! Shortly after opening presents, poor Maggie got the stomach flu and was sick the entire day! She was a trooper though, and the next morning when she woke up, the first words she said were, "Mom, I'm all better now!"
