Cabin Time 2013!

We had a good chunk of time at the cabin!  Chuck was able to take off a few days and we enjoyed some great family time around the fire, on the boat, and playing in the sand.  Lots more pictures in the picasa web album. 

4th of July = Fun with the cousins!

We had a great 4th of July weekend!  It started out on Thursday at Grandma and Grandpa Demullings.  Trent and Aimee and family came into town.  They got here just in time for the Cedar Lake pontoon parade on Gma and Gpa's pontoon.  We had fun in the lake for most of the day and then headed back to Gma and Gpas for some pool time.  Trent picked up fireworks (a very good show) for later that evening.  Chuck went to work on Friday, and then we headed up to the cabin for the weekend.  Got in lots of playing in the sand, good tubing behind the boat, an Elvis cruise on Gpa Souvignier's pontoon, and a few great bonfires.  All in all a awesome summer weekend and lots of fun time with the cousins!!  Everything I dream of in the middle of January! 

Home is where the heart is!

Here we are in our new home!!  We are settling in and enjoying a little more space to spread out!  Maggie and Ruby each have their own room and they are so excited to see a bunch of their toys that were in storage for the past month.  More pics to come in the picasa web album.

We had 10 great years in this home- lots of big events....got married, started a business, had our babies, and made lots of new friends.  Now it's time to move on.  Tomorrow we close on our next house in Minnetonka.  It will be the start of a new chapter for us with lots more new and exciting memories to be made........stay tuned!

Happy Father's Day 2013!

We had a great Father's Day weekend!!  Saturday we got to hang out with Grandpa Mike and go to East Farmington Fun Days!  The girls did their first peddle tractor pull there (see pics in the blog).  It brought back lots of good memories of when I was a kid at Star Prairie Days!  Sunday we took dad out to lunch at the Look Out in Maple Grove and then stopped off for a visit with the Schillers!  We got back to Grandma and Grandpa's house just in time to get some chicken on the grill and have a nice dinner with them when they got back from the cabin.  Maggie and Ruby are so lucky to have a such a wonderful dad who would do anything for his girls (and I'm included as one of his girls :) and such great grandpas who make them feel so special!
